Reimagining Catholic Wellbeing
Faith in Motion is a Catholic wellbeing programme for primary schools that blends movement, prayer, breathing and spirituality into the daily life of young pupils, helping them grow physically, emotionally and spiritually. Through simple movement, guided breathing exercises and short prayerful reflections, the programme creates inclusive moments of calm and connection that support concentration, emotional regulation and a sense of belonging.
Rooted in Catholic values yet accessible to all, Faith in Motion encourages teachers and children to notice God’s presence in their body, in community life and throughout daily life, fostering resilience, compassion and a lifelong habit of caring for mind, body and spirit.
Our Mission
Faith in Motion is designed to help children develop the self-regulation and emotional resilience they need to thrive; by embedding movement-based practices and values such as patience, respect and reflection into the school day, teachers can reduce behavioural issues, improve concentration and support social skills, giving pupils practical tools to manage feelings and interactions constructively. We partner with schools to create whole-school wellbeing solutions that lift children, staff and parents.
Through tailored workshops, curriculum-integrated sessions and leadership coaching, we build practical skills in emotional literacy, resilience and managing emotions. Our programmes combine evidence-based practice and ongoing support so schools can aim to reduce stress and improve behaviour in children. We work collaboratively offering parent and child workshops to give hands-on solutions to support wellbeing outside the school gates.
